Job Description

  • Member of the Analytics Delivery team working with Analytics tools, products, and software to add impact on customers’ applications. Turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques
  • Build and provide ongoing reports that will be utilized to prioritize business and information needs
  • Present and discuss reports and analyses to customers, partners, project management teams, and stakeholders in general
  • Document our Analytics products and services and handle communication with partners and/or customers
  • Contribute actively and effectively as an integrated team member
  • Meet regularly with the line manager to review progress.
  • Manage issue resolution and critically escalate.
  • Work effectively with other teams, units, and departments.
  • Manage issues with clarity and ensure effective information flow and team working.
  • Support other organization’s priority activities, when necessary.
  • Contribute actively and effectively as an integrated team member.

Key Accountabilities

Requirements

  • BS in Mathematics, Statistics, or in a relevant field
  • Proven 1+ years of working experience as a business intelligence or data analyst
  • Excellent professional-level knowledge of English
  • Proven presentation skills – experience in customer-facing tasks.
  • Proven 1+ years of working experience with SQL
  • Proven 1+ years of working experience with any Business Intelligence tool (such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proven elementary experience in Python (pandas/numpy)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

  • MSc in Data Science, Statistics, or in a relevant field
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop & Server
  • Experience with Big Data Stack (hive, spark) or Snowflake
  • Experience with NLP
  • Experience with any programming language (python, Java, R, Matlab, Scala)
