Job Description

We are looking for someone passionate about all things marketing to lead key marketing projects and expand our brand visibility and sales.

As the Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.

In this results-oriented role, you’ll be the mastermind behind our lead-generation efforts and you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence.

You’ll develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for the various units of our business across various digital channels to attract high-quality leads, optimize our sales funnels for maximum conversion, and contribute to the overall sales process.

This role is for a highly motivated Digital Marketer with meticulous attention to detail and drive for excellence.

This is a full-time position that works closely with the CEO and reports to the Director of Operations & Sales while working collaboratively with other key members of the team

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on lead generation and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Build, own, and manage the entire marketing funnel system while consistently seeking opportunities to rapidly increase customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Craft compelling content (text, images, videos) that aligns with brand image, resonates with the target audience, and achieves campaign goals.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze digital campaign performance across the funnel.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyse marketing campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Explore and create opportunities to collaborate with other brands and businesses to increase visibility.

Skill and Person Specification:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and driving conversions through digital channels.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience in marketing funnels and customer journey optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with content creation (social media and email content) and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. ClickFunnels, Convertkit) is a plus.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (PPC, social media ads) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and optimization.
  • Strong research, analytic, and problem-solving skills – derived from an ability to organize and synthesize information from multiple sources for greater visibility and customer attraction.
