Our client, a prestigious eye clinic located on the island, is currently seeking a talented and dynamic Full-Time Digital Marketer to join their team. As the Full-Time Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance the clinic’s online presence, drive patient engagement, and support business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and rewarding healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to promote the clinic’s services and increase patient acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize the clinic’s website for search engines and user experience, ensuring high visibility and usability.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including clinical staff and management, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and patient needs.
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor online reputation and brand sentiment, respond to patient inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner, and maintain a positive online presence for the clinic.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing calendar and plan, outlining key campaigns, initiatives, and milestones.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for digital channels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
